Learning Experience
Wen-Whei Chang received the B.S. degree in communication engineering from National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, R.O.C., in 1980, and the M.Eng. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Texas A & M University, College Station, TX, in 1985 and 1989, respectively. Since 1989, he has been a Faculty Member at the Communication Engineering Department of National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan, where he is currently professor. In the summer of 2000, he was on leave at the school of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
